Lyrics – The Vegetable Song (Veggie Day!)
Veggie Day, Veggie Day,
Hip, hip, hip, hooray!
Red, green, orange veggies,
Yummy, yummy, yey!
Wash the carrots, wash the peas,
Wash tomatoes and the trees!
Splish, splash, splish, splash, scrub them clean,
Orange, red, and very green!
Veggie Day, Veggie Day,
Hip, hip, hip, hooray!
Red, green, orange veggies,
Yummy, yummy, yey!
Chop the carrots, pop the peas,
Cut tomatoes and the trees!
Chop, chop, chop, we help out too,
Making dinner, me and you!
Veggie Day, Veggie Day,
Hip, hip, hip, hooray!
Red, green, orange veggies,
Yummy, yummy, yey!
Crunch the carrots, eat the peas,
Yummy, yummy broccoli trees!
Red tomatoes, bite, bite, bite,
Eating veggies feels so right!
Veggie Day, Veggie Day,
Hip, hip, hip, hooray!
Red, green, orange veggies,
Yummy, yummy, yey!
